Client Testimonial .
. .
Though we heard stories about
the launching of a new website being a nightmare,
working with Perry made it an exciting experience.
He guided us through the process in a knowledgeable
way, his designs were always clean and well-done,
and he's really easy to work with. I've been
working in graphics for more than 30 years,
and there are not too many art directors I can
say that about! While it's too early in our
marketing process to talk about sales results,
we get many comments about how easy it is to
navigate our site.

The Business Need
Their original website was basic brochureware consisting
of about six pages and they were not selling any product or services.
The website did not reflect the unique services and quality of product
offered by the company. The home page was full of text . . . lots of
text and the primary navigation links for other pages of the site were
located at the bottom of each page!
The eBusiness Solution
After assessing their website and business goals
we found they weren't quite ready for a full-blown self-managing website.
We decided upon an interim solution that would satisfy many of their
goals.
Here are the solutions we decided upon:
- Redesign the website to strengthen and
reflect their business image in the highest professional manner.
- Redesign the website interface so that
it's consistent and easy to navigate.
- Showcase product samples and market
printing services unique to each bag-type.
- Provide a 'Frequently Asked Questions'
page for answers to common concerns.
- Promote 'Trade Show Planning' services
for folks who don't have experience with trade shows.
- Implement simple e-commerce product
order forms rather than a shopping cart system.
We designed several new website prototypes and
upon final selection we implemented the design you see today. It's a
clean, classy, easily intuitive user interface that proudly presents
the brand image of the company in a professional manner. We also provided
an affordable alternative to a shopping cart based e-commerce solution
as a 'get your feet wet' approach.
The Result . . .
All of this has been accomplished quite
affordably without selling the client something they didn't need. If
you're not selling a lot of products, a forms-based e-commerce solution
may be the approach you want to take as well.
Talk about flexibility!
